I have dug out a 178mm depth, 3.6m x 3x6m space to lay a deck that will end up flush with the turf bottom corner of the garden. Not sure how to create the frame. Do I build it in place, and screw the internal joists from inside to out (I can't get to outside edge to screw INTO the frame) or do I...
