Hi everybody, I have noticed swelling on my laminate/vinyl bathroom floor. I am about to ask my landlord to get it fixed/replaced with tiles, however I am wondering how fast is it going to swell and how much time do I have before it starts popping off? There were not any leaks in the bathroom...

Currently have an a wet room converted into a utility style room, sheet vinyl is covering the wet room style floor and now a large dark patch has appeared (picture attached). There is a condenser dryer in there. Would a vapour barrier under new sheet vinyl solve the problem? Cheers!
