Wondering if there is any point or need for priming/sealing the unexposed bare side of MDF skirting boards like back, bottom and sides?
Will sealing the back affect the use of an adhesive like gripfill? Make it grab better perhaps and stronger?
A little confused here. When using solvent free adhesives the tube says one surface must be porous.
