The oil that comes through the copper pipe connects to a steel pipe about 10cm long that goes to the burner but that pipe has a bore of around 8mm, is this too big? I cleaned all the carbon build up in that short bit of pipe expecting to reveal a hole of around 4mm not 8mm?

Does a rayburn that heats water in this case to one radiator and the cylinder I think have a separate header tank? I haven't looked properly yet but I can see the over flow from the rayburn goes to the main water tank?
