    Hi guys thanks for looking.

Planning on tiling my front door step, path leading to gardens steps and steps. Just curious is it OK/dangerous or easier to chip a outdoor 20mm tile if I leave a 10mm overhang. Or is outdoor edge trim better?but not too cheap either. Any help or advice welcomed lol. Thanks for reading.

You don't say anything about the tiles you're using. If they're quarry tiles then the overhang is probably fine. If they're porcelain tiles, they are probably OK. If they're thin ceramic tiles, then they won't be OK.

They are icaris 20mm porcelain outdoor slabs. Will a 10mm overlap on the steps be dangerous or trip hazard?

No. Most stairs have overhangs of between 10mm and 30mm, whether they're parts of indoor staircases or outdoor patios or paths; so your 10mm is on the low end of what is normal.
