I want to put a 600mm combi oven in an 800x800mm carcass. The oven came along later in the planning process for a very good price and we want to somehow incorporate it in the kitchen. Is there such a thing as vertical filler panels I can use to cover the 100mm either side. Ideally we want stainless to match the oven finish. Any links to a company who can help appreciated.

Find a local sheet metal company and get them to make something up.

Don't forget that combi ovens tend to give off a lot of heat usually vented up the back of the cabinet they are placed in. For that to work air does need to get in somewhere and ideally at the front. It might be a better idea to use a different size of cabinet. Ours is going into a 600mm one. I did look around for built in combi's - may be about but didn't find one. Even in 600 mm it obviously needs space above and at the sides for air to flow.
