Hi! - I am an enthusiastic DIYer currently planning an extension to my bungalow. We will have a master bedroom added to the side of our property with 3 external walls. We have triple glazing (u-value 0.8) and high levels of wall and loft insulation.
We are trying to decide on the position of the radiators and wanted to ask if we would be crazy to position one in the short corridor leading to the bedroom rather than the room itself in order to save wall space - see attached photo. We would also have one in the en-suite. Unfortunately we cannot have under floor heating due to cost but would appreciate any advice.
    Thanks, Helen

under the window in the room would be best.

Certainly not a crazy idea as it's all one room, would suit me as I don't like an overheated bedroom.
No possibility of a radiator under the window?
Are you going to have a towel rad in the en-suite?

Skirting radiator, several variations available, some only 20mm depth.

The Radiator needs to be in the room. Fit a Quinn adagio vertical.
