I'm wondering if someone could provide some advice. I'm currently doing up my mother-in-laws house after the flat part of her roof leaked and caused alot of damp problems inside the house. whilst going round the outside to check that there is no more problems on the out side I noticed that there are air bricks installed on the external skin how ever there is not air bricks internally, I have knocked back the plaster to brick and there is still no airbrick. is this common practice, if not what should i do about the matter?

    Thank you in advance
