Anti-Syphon 'P' Trap leaking from AAV.

For the 10 days the kitchen sink has been leaking from the AAV on the P Trap. I've taken all the pipework off, cleaned it and made sure nothing was blocking the pipe. I've also run a drain snake down as far as I could, and flushed it out with drain unblocker. The sink has a dishwasher outlet on it. When the dishwasher drains that is when the leaking is the worst. Other than buy a 'normal' p-trap (one that isn't anti-syphon) I can't work out how to stop it leaking. All the joins on the pipework are fine as well, the only leak is from the AAV.

Probably needs the internals cleaning out. Sounds like the valve is stuck open. Take to bits clean out put back

Thanks Nigel. When you say the internals, do you mean the bottom of the p-trap and the AAV?
