To who ever asked im going to submit a full plan and go down that route. As for PP it falls under permitted devolpment yayy just received my letter back from the council i think because it doesnt have a kitchen its classed as a granny/annex, the drawings ive been working on for 3 weeks and wasnt just an over night thing ive got detailed drawings of the footing and base structure along with the cavity on the walls electrics drainage and even the roof joist's sizes and lengths of what i actually need to get. But im just having a good read around about thermolite blocks and apparently arent any good ? what would be the best cheapest option to do the inner and outer leaf out of ? i will be rendering and painting it and advice on that is appriciated. Also what plans and information do i need to submit to BC ?

    thanks
