Can someone advise what the remedy would be for fixing/tidying a bit of artificial grass that seems to be bunching up in a specific area

As can be seen in the photo it has a small hump near the bottom. I believe it its fixed down to a timber frame around the perimeter using screws

Would it just be a simple case of removing screws along the bottom and stretching grass slightly to flatten it, then refix and cut off any excess?

    Any help appreciated.
