    Hi,
Is there such a thing as a domestic boiler that has the capacity to automatically change the central heating water temperature to compensate for changes in external air temperatures?

Yes you can get weather compensation fitted to various boilers, either as part of the boiler or as part of as controls package. All the big brands and control mfrs do it.

Thanks HOTDOG for the quick reply, searches are a lot easier with the right terminology.
