    Hi all,

I went to insert bathroom extractor fan into 100mm ducting, but because the ducting is at a slight slope, the fins won't turn because it is too tight a fit.
Re-coring the hole isn't an option because of unstable brickwork....any ideas anyone?

    Many thanks in advance

Take the fan off and trim the edges of the fan so it just clears the duct. Rough but it will do the job you want.

Shim out the fixings so it aligns with the slope

Can you not get a multi tool inside the ducting to trim the duct away where its catching and get the fan in a bit more level.
