Hello I was wondering if any one out there may have an idea as to if there is a problem with my combi? I have noticed that when I open a hot tap fully, anywhere in the house, the temperature of the water falls. If I only open the tap half way (reduced flow rate) the water is piping hot. It is the same at the kitchen sink which is only a metre or so away from the boiler. I was wandering if it may have something to do with the cold water feed pressure being to high? Thank you for any help.
