    Hi Guys,

Currently bathroom and ensuite have lino floors.

Subfloor is 22mm P5 Green T&G Chipboard screwed on to 230 x47mm joists at 400mm centres.

Wifey wants tiles on floor in both along with new suites.

I don't want to rip up existing Chipboard due to stud walling sitting on top of it.

    What's the best way forward?

    Cheers in advance. :)

Has anyone used that Dietra Matting?

    (Think that's how it's spelt?)

i have used ditra matting and is great in my opinion. others will say it is **** but they haven't stuck it down with correct stuff probably. or you could use no more ply which is 6mm thick. both are only good if there is no bounce in the chipboard
