Best way to seal these gaps?

Evening all,

I’m wondering what the best way would be to seal the two gaps at either end of the shower tray, between the upstand, the screen and the tiled wall.

There isn’t much space so silicone is near on impossible but I’m conscious it needs doing in some way to stop water ingress.

Maybe some PVC trim or something? Any ideas how I could seal the two ends either side whilst making it look neat and tidy?

This is why I hate upstands :D

Cheers!

I think the photo shows the edge of the shower tray, not a pipe.

Got to say that my advice would be to use a white silicone sealant…

Yeah correct and sadly I’m coming to the same conclusion… just so fiddly and it’s near impossible to tool it (for a novice) :p

Take your time masking the tiles and the shower tray around the gaps, inject the sealant, smooth it, then carefully lift the tape before the sealant starts to set.
