  2. If its happened since you have had the facias changed, check that they have blocked any vents.

Keep bathroom door shut and window open/fan on until steam has gone.

    New windows, open top vent.

Black mould is a sign of condensation.  Only black mould appears with 'clean' water.  Wherever you can, add ventilation - ie air vents/bricks.  Ensure that there is adequate heating, but also try not to introduce further water to the atmosphere - ie don't hang washing on the radiators, ensure that the bathroom window is opened after showering/bathing.

As far as ventilation is concerned it is worth realising that when designing a heating system the size of rad in the bedrooms allows for the air in each bedroom to be changed twice per hour, so ventilation is expected, also bathroom air should change 3 times per hour, there is no excuse for excessive condensation. Once it happens it goes black with mould because it is bacterial from breath, perspiration, etc. it can be cleaned off with a mixture of bleach detergent and water, once washed off redecoration can take place.
