Full house re fit is nearly finished. 3 en suites, master bathroom, new kitchen and new flooring downstairs.

The customer now wants new carpets throughout upstairs instead of getting them cleaned.

Decking in the back garden with path and new path out the front too.

They also want me to look over there own house for work to be done. It's onlt a small house lol Screenshot_20190217-210217_WhatsApp~2.jpg

Who's child are you posting pics of on a random website.??
Not to mention the number plate of the car that could easily lead someone to the exact address of said house.

Yes getting paid but I told him I only had a certain amount of time to do the work in. It was supposed to be new kitchen unit doors and flooring.

He dropped the carpets on me at the last moment and I have to sort it out.

He dropped the decking and paths onto me tonight to start tomorrow.

The child and car are mine that is one side of the house. Its a large u shaped home in it's own grounds.

I'm fully booked for the year already as it is though

Sounds like you are allowing your customer to dictate how your business schedule and work load goes.
    Bit unfair really.

Give the guy a break, I’m sure it was meant in a light hearted way. Either way, nice to be busy, although frustrating at time when the workload is stacking up. Sub it all out Dave and start your next job...that’s how to make more money.

No I prefer to do the work myself. Yes the car is all legal it was MOTD 9 days ago and is taxed too. It's shown that for ages even asked a mate who is a police officer about it. Doesn't bother me because that's the wifes car I've only drive it 3 times since she got it.

Just wish the customer had said from the start what they wanted doing that's all. I would of gotten a mate to do the paving it's his trade and the decking isn't a problem at all.

The carpets I took up when doing the work and then re-fitted them after lol.

Like I say I don't mind the work I just like it all regimented that's all
