OK. I give in, how do you get the little mothers out again?

Does it just need a good yank or is there some sort of release clip somewhere?

I don't know the 'proper' way, but pull it all the way out, then lift at the front with a little 'shimmy' and although it sounds like it is about to break, it comes out!

Be firm with it, show it who's boss.....

    Cheers, Simes.

pull right out and there is 2 clips either side that you push out, lift up and give it a hard tug outwards, it feels like your doing something wrong but it will come out.

As russ295 says there is a grey plastic clip on each runner. You need to look under the drawer with it pulled out, push the tab and I usually pull the runners outwards slightly to disengage, hope this helps....

They came out very easily using Slimes method, but I'll look for the release button now and have a go with that as well. Cheers.
