I recently had a Condensing boiler installer in my bungalow in the loft space. Currantly there is no loft ladder, we are selling the place soon and i was wondering if there is a requirement that i have to supply accsess to the boiler.....? would this come under the building reg, HIP, or any other legislation...? If so whats the minumum requirement? or will i be able to put the place on the market without worrying about this? Many thanks
