When a new boiler has been installed what are the regs concerning the bonding of the bathroom radiator ?

Depends, if all the electrical items in the bathroom are protected by 30ma RCD then no, if they are not protected by 30ma RCD then it is as was the 16th edition ie bonding in 4mm cpc from rad, hot, cold pipes to all electrical items. Some of the bonding can be done just outside the bathroom if more convenient & if the boiler is just outside the bathroom then if it has a metal plate at the bottom where the pipes are attached (as many of the combis have nowadays) then the pipework bonding may be taken care of at that point.

Unless the rad is plumbed in plastic pipe.
