No there are genuine people on here wanting and giving advice but trolls like you spoil it, have you considered doing something worthwhile with your life?
Do you really think that im posting under another username? I can assure you that i am not. This nonsense that im everyone who disagrees with you has to stop, chip's. I only have one username which is 'longboat', and i can categorically state that is the truth. Its rather silly of you to suggest otherwise imo.
We all know what you are doing Trevor, the only person that you are kidding is yourself. Now grow up and find another way of amusing yourself.
Longs, there are people (even on this forum) who think that were we to remain in the eu then we’d have to adopt the euro in the next couple of years (because “Lisbon treaty”)[1]. I’ve gotta say, your simile is a fair one. The only surprises are: that these people found a voting booth, and could remember how to spell “X”. Naturally politicians aren’t going to precisely follow the wishes of muppets who have reached voting age without ever reading something more complex than a Facebook meme. Losers? I don’t know man, I’m pretty happy with how things are going. I’d prefer to remain, but I’ll take customs union or the PD. [1] I’m sure there are remainers who have also said equally stupid things too - just none spring to mind.
Some, like Anna Soubry and her band of independents, are trying to prevent Brexit, others are trying to force it through parliament without listening to genuine concerns while most are trying to compromise in order to satisfy two irreconcilable positions. As Keir Starmer pointed out "change requires compromise", and this is simply pointing out an uncomfortable truth that both sides need to heed. And you end your comment with way too many exclamation points; clearly the product of an unsound mind. You should rub some cream on that chipped shoulder.
The contradiction at the start of your post distracted me from the rest of your comment, which i'm sure contained many good points but you ought to take more care of maintaining the credibility of your premise from the get-go.
Taking the statement at face value, i can understand the rationale behind your reply. I should have included a determiner of 'more' to the statement to perhaps make it a little clearer as that was the intended point. So fair do's. It does look like the losers have successfully manipulated their failure into a positive, but at what cost? The breakdown of trust in democracy isn't going to lead to a more harmonious future. Quite the opposite. There are plenty of examples out 'there' (and on this forum) of remainers spouting nonsense.... The ones on here don't really bother me, as they've tended to come after the vote.... Planes will be prevented from flying. Food and medicine shortages. Victorian workhouse conditions forced on the working class, etc, etc. All looney stuff put forth by the remainers. The kind of misinformation that is of a greater concern harks back to the governments official warnings before the vote... Half a million made redundant. Every household £4600/ year worse off. Its impossible to quantify how many voters were swayed to vote remain by these dire warnings that have proven to be nothing but propoganda, but I'd estimate it to be at least a couple of million.
I would say that would be a conservative estimate (if you pardon the wording). Friends of mine believed the propaganda of dire warnings. Not to say all Remainers were identical in their reasoning, but has to be said many were obviously people who fear change
How many leavers believed the lies that were told to they especially bearing in mind the proved corruption and fraud in their campaign.
Of course they feared change and i cant blame them for thinking that way. Most people pay scant attention to the wider picture so long as the money keeps rolling in to pay the mortgage, car lease, and holiday budget. Promise to threaten that and you've secured a remain vote from the contingent of the 'uninterested vested'.
Who really knows? Could also be substantial. Not sure the basic message from the Leaver side was lies, or corrupt though. Surely we must include any lies and fraud on the Remain side, just for fairness? I note the lack of comments from Remain supporters on lies and U turns of recent from our MPs. Seems lies are okay if there is a chance they suit their Remain camp?
All you've got is a suggestive recommendation printed on a bus and a highly contested procedural fine.
I posted a long list of leaver lies with video evidence and apart from Heat not a single leaver would comment. Uncontested fine and a referral to the police for electoral fraud if we are going to keep on top of leaver lies.
There’s a fundamental difference between predictions which may or may not come true and simple errors of fact.[1] But if you’re feeling keen on correcting errors of fact then Harry is promoting nonsense about how wto rules work on the parallel thread. Perhaps you’d like to explain to him why he’s an idiot, I’d do it - but I’m afraid I’d run out of ascii characters. But you won’t, will you? [1] but if you are interested in errors of prediction then I’d be happy to point you at filly’s prediction that the Eurozone would have collapsed by April 1st 2019.
