Hi all, layman here. Looking at a new bathroom later in the year and exploring options. Like the look of a concealed shower with a dual outlet to a bath filler as well (eg, Aqualisa Rise), but the only wall shower can go on is the party wall between my and my neighbour.

Can such a shower go on such a wall, or do I need to be looking instead at one where the supply comes down from the ceiling?
  2. Any idea what the party wall is made from? Thickness? Cavity?

Channelling out would certainly create a lot of noise, and any future leak could be a 'shared' issue...

Not ideal. Better to create a stud wall in that area to give you a void for the mixer. Only needs to be the size of the tray and will blend in seamlessly if done well.
