I dont want to have fan and want to use the hot to cold air law to provide hot air with escape route in my bathroom. So if i run a straight ducting pupe through the ceiling above shower and then roof will there be any issues? One that bothers me is if the pipe is straight the rain may drop in the bathroom. Even if i put cover hat on the exit. Do i have to bend the pipe? Will the hot air still go out?
I was thinking after a while to bend the pipe and provide a variety of condensation trap and escape to drain pipe outside for any water which finds itself in there for any reason.
