Cancelling a click and collect order

    Hi all,

    I have made a click and collect order for 2 items today. When I got home I have now found out my son already got the items.

    How do I now cancel my click and collect order and get a refund?

    You have to phone up and cancel by phone... Good luck in anyone answering!

    Or don't pick it up, and they cancel after 21 days I think?

    Correct - I asked about cancelling and the bloke in the shop not to collect and I'd get a refund after 21 days - I didn't and I did!

    How are refunds working these days ? There is a general shortage of all sorts of things, and for that reason I have bought more than i need in case I can’t get any more mid job.

Please be aware that due to a high demand of enquiries we are busier than normal, to try and avoid our peak period call pre 10am and after 4pm.
