May I suggest a clockwork car.
Cos this whole thread has to be a wind up.
Comon guys. Really.
My post is number 200.
Says 201 on my page
I'm 200 and 201.
That's me congratuling myself.
Older man having fun.
That's the conclusion I've reached.
The possibilities were:
HA doesn't like to admit he made a mistake - but, why would he keep the thread going?
HA is amongst the stupidest people in Britain - but, he manages to use the internet and type in sentences?
HA doesn't believe that physics is a "thing" - but, does he strike anyone here as the "healing powers of crystals" type?
HA is just winding us up - yeah, reckon so.
I'm glad I'm not alone on this planet.
or HA is just too damn clever for you lot
I applaud your resilience Mr.HandyPandy.
yeah true I replaced mine with vw polo, hotel roof fell on it and squashed it
All Polos have holes through the middle . Don't they.
Mind did although the aerodynamics were a lot better
For heavens sake!
Stubborn and stupid aren't a good mix.
There speaks the voice of experience!
Badum Tish, Boom Boom!!!
Were you never tempted to stick a windmill in the hole? I mean it just makes sense.
if only I'd known then what I know now after reading this thread
Listen up, folks.
You have a car. It has a certain CofD. It ain't perfect, but it's good. You make it a wee bit better by forming a ducted hole right through it from front to back, or possibly from the front to the sides.
All good so far? Cool.
Ok, it's now a teeny bit better - aerodynamically-speaking - than it was before the duct was made. That's good - it's an improvement.
Now we fit a small turbine in that duct. That has brought the CofD back to almost what it was before, but not quite - it's still fractionally better than it was before the duct was fitted.
So, it's still BETTER than without the duct AND it generates a small amount of leccy TOO.
That's a double win-win whammy.
Think I prefer alloys and go faster stripes
If you were to fit a generator to your alloy wheel, you'd gain some power.
