Can any of you recommend a CCTV suitable for a standard 3 bed terraced house to cover front and back gardens??
get a 4 zone just in case the two houses you are connected to get stolen then you can have front, back side n side * I am sure you will get cheaper cheers [Edited by: admin]
Sinewave, enough already with the sarcasm! most folk hereabouts know that you are the smartest, best educated, best qualified, rootin tootin all round great guy, so can we have a rest from the smart arsed talk please?
Look on eBay for a complete kit! 4 cameras do look better as with any more than one you either need a switcher or a Quad Display, and Quad Displays don't look good with blank Quarters. DVR's are cheap now to record the images. Don't forget that unless you have lighting, VERY sensitive cameras or VERY short range views you won't see much at night. Take claims of inbuilt infrared lighting to give images at anything more than about a meter range with a BIG pinch of salt...
here ya go just the tool for the job, i don't think its a bad price either, just thinking of installing 2 of these systems in a mates shop http://www.saverstore.com/product/20028266/Toki-CCTV-Camera-and-Recorder-Outdoor-Day--Night-with-250GB-Hard-Drive--Remote-Control
Don't forget that unless you have lighting, VERY sensitive cameras or VERY short range views you won't see much at night. Perfek opportunity to quote for some outside lights then
