We are painting your kitchen floor
What is the best product to fix to the chair and table legs to prevent scratching the paint

I've heard that the preglued pads do not stay on very long

Is it possible to fit these with carpet spray or another kind of glue

Would this be ok to do without removing the glue on the pads

    Thanks
    Are the screws long enough
If not can I use my own screws

Do I need to drill a pilot hole

Do they last well and stay in place

    Thanks

Screws were long enough and yes you can buy longer screws or use your own. I went for the screw type because I can swap easy. I think with our busy table and chairs I'll be lucky to get a year out of a set on the chairs but table will last forever.
Yes you will need a 2- 3mm drill bit. Bought mine from DIY

I have them on a coffee table, TV table and stack of 3 nest tables. They only fall off if you pick the table up and haven't stuck them on. Ours haven't fallen off in 12 months.

I think it's the chairs that are the problem

Double sided tape to stick them and they will be fine.

How often do you pick the chairs up?

    We dont pick them up
We move them under the table and out from under the table
Our floor sander recommended spray adhesive
Just wondering what to do with the existing adhesive
