We have a digger on hire for weekend and cannot change bucket. There's a pin to remove at front. Back bar seems to be held by metal plate. Think ratchet is supposed to release it but turning ratchet doesn't seem to do anything. Any advice?

    What digger.

Surprised hire place show you how to do it.

You don't want boom weight resting on bucket, unlikely you'll move pin.

Would have thought it would have a quick coupler.

I think you order at the sign, then drive to the window and collect it.
