Hmm...that seems that ONLY the digital documentation was completed, and the actual boiler not looked at, at all.Including digital documentation, it was done as part of my home emergency cover, seems a bit quick for an annual service of my Valiant ecotec 28 !!!

Still, if it keeps the home emergency cover valid then I suppose it's OK. Inexpert boiler "servicing" can actually introduce faults that weren't there before.
Yes, cover removed and 3 photos on the report tooI would probably query it with the company concerned. Did the cover even get removed? Surely they need to do that to check for leaks/all ok inside?
