Concrete base fungal treatment?

Hello. Following on from a slow but significant bath leak I am removing my bathroom floor tiles and the rotten tongue and groove chipboard baseboard. The concrete floor has dried out nicely and will still be good to take screeding prior to installing a new vinyl floor. There is a strand like mould/fungus infecting some of the area and although it brushes off easily I wonder should I apply some anti fungicidal chemical prior to screeding. If so, will a DIY weak bleach/water mix work as well as some of the expensive trade offerings? Pix of general area and close up of mould attached. Cheers! FLOOR1.jpg FLOOR2.jpg
