So had a new aluminium window put in couple years ago...ALUK brand and I'm sure it has thermal break.

But I've found heavy condensation on window frames as I recently had room plastered. Obviously have kept window open but can't really through night because of security.

I found contradictory information online as some sources say condensation does not happen on thermal break windows.

Is this true or can condensation still occur?

Aluminium sweats plus after plastering what do you expect with excess moisture in the air it condensates on the coldest area ie the window.
