    Hi
We need 40 sq. m. of porcelain floor tiles laid. This includes hall and open plan kitchen/dining area.
I'm just trying to get a ballpark idea of what it might cost. The subfloor is a mixture of floorboards and concrete (ground floor). We are thinking of porcelain tiles around 120mm x 20mm. What would be rough cost of this ignoring the cost of the tiles for now. So that is 10mm Marmox board, adhesive, grout and laying.
We are in Sussex. Just want an idea so we can compare our flooring options.
    Many thanks.

We paid approx £35 a square meter to have tiles laid on screed. Included adhesives, grout and laying ditra mat (did not include the cost of the ditra mat). We're in Hertfordshire.
