Had a conservatory installed recently, over the past few weeks we have noticed 2 cracks appearing in the concrete floor by the door.

Any ideas what could have caused these cracks, is it just due to the recent heat or is it something I should be concerned about?

Any suggestions who I should call to take a look at if is an issue?

How recently? First call should be to whoever built it.

The conservatory was built on the base that already existed from a previous conservatory. The base was originally built 15-20 years ago

Wouldn’t have any issues just yet. Leave it for a while and see if it gets bigger.

If there is more weight with the new conservatory, you can easily get some cracks as the slab readjusts to the new weight - plus we have had a really dry summer and this won't help at all if you have clay undersoil
