Is there a particular angle grinder/ blade combination anyone can recommend for cutting holes for plug sockets out of porcelain tiles? Need to cut 5 approx 25mm from bottom of tile.

I can see the technique which will take some practice but what about the specifics? Bear in mind the tool will only be needed for very occasional use so durability is not really as important as it would be for a pro tiler using it everyday.

I just need a good quality cut and something relatively easy to use.

Diamond blade obviously, but any particular make or model? Quite a variation in price for the various options.
Is this for quality or durability though?

Any advice welcome. Any angle grinder and blade combination you swear by?

Great idea. They are OK for porcelain too I imagine?
