    Guys,

I'm after a bit of advice on damp, I live in a 1930s house with big bay windows & I have a damp patch which has developed in the up stairs master bedroom bay window below the window sill.

I have an old curved radiator (working) in the bay and it looks like damp & mould has appeared on about 30cm away from either end of the radiator

The outside of the bay window (outside of house) has hanging roof tiles so I'm wondering if the flashing has a leak or if its the window sill maybe

Any suggestions where to look or if this could be smoothing else causing it?

    Cheers

    Hi
Water engress is often difficult to deal with.
It really could be from anywhere!

Roof area and tracking down, flashing failing, motar joints, cracked hanging tiles etc...
Even condensation from cold spots, or leaking gutter..

It’s a matter of give it a good coat of looking at, !

Some photos of outside and inside ma product more suggestions
    Good luck

    Peter
