I thought you'd like to know that my front garden's coming along nicely. I have three trees and two ponds in a row, all edged with circles of graphite-coloured pavings blocks. Very twee. Anyways, the ponds are around 800mm deep, and 1.5m diameter. So, if you fall in, you might not come out in a hurry ('cos you'd smack your head on the edge of the paving blocks on the way in). They're in the middle of the lawn which in turn is surrounded by a low wall - around 500mm high along one side but only 100mm high at t'other due to sloping ground. So, if some twit (not that I'm inviting p-b...) was to step over the wall up onto the lawn and walk across it and fall in and smack their head and drown, would I be liable? Or do I need to post a li'l sign saying 'deep water' or 'drown at your own risk' or something to remove all my liability? Ta much. (p-b, wanna come over?)
