Different standards and idea of value

    There was one of those family conversations "I know you are busy but ....." I was asked about building a play house for a local deserving cause. We were having a look around for some ideas and came across this on an auction site. The person that made this, put a value of £36,000

    "It has almost £2,000 of some of the best artificial grass on it(40mm Tuft, and 5 different colours in the grass)."

    Individually there are some nice bits (e.g. the door) but on the whole :eek:

    It is on castors ...

    The first thing i thought of when I saw this was an old gypsy caravan that someone had converted.

    But realistically, I can't see this thing being movable, the brick arch around the door, the chimney breast all will suffer and I doubt the floor will be strong enough once it is moved.
