Hi, Anyone got any views on these new 5w dimmabe led GU10 lamps,down lighters. No sure if they are good value at 34 notes each. cool white 62.50 lumens per watt.(312 in total) Beam angle 30 degrees 50,000 hours life expectancy Acoustic and fire rated. Going into a 16 sqm lounge (15 in total,should be enough) Cheers
They are very bright tho, got one on display at my wholesalers. A great product, but ill wait a year for price to drop.
If U bothered to read the OP properly dale you'd see that your experiences of 1st generation LED's from a few years ago is totally irrelevant!
I've installed some; baring in mind response of UP, about three years ago and although they where bright to look at they didnt shed a lot of light onto surfaces. They gave more of a haze around the fitting. As already stated though technology might of brought them on. I would use fluro's assuming they give the effect your after.
