Looked at another yesterday. 100% renovated. New everything!

One proble though, under the stairs there are damp patches on the party wall! Its all new plaster too! I have asked for venfor to investigate.

Could have been a water leak from a radiator other side of wall,upstairs pipe leaked & several other things, intresting to know what caused it.
 
You need a house up on Pant-y-Celn Road with a wonderful view over the city and bay along with a back garden that is a 1:4 hill!

My step-father was bought up in one of the houses with probably the best view from there. He moved away, one of his brothers moved about 100m along the road but with only half the view and a second brother remained there for years.

Come on,not the attitude,it's annoying,but house hunting is never easy, you will find a house.:)

Get the estate agents work for you,tell them your area & requirements,quite often you'll get first viewing before listing.

Had a tough day today. 4 hours in work. Had a tear as peed off with life. Nothing going good for me. Nothing!

Ruddy hate my life big time.....
