When I was a young man ( here we go again ) I used to garden an area of the A1 slip road , trying to get water barrels across to it without being noticed did

 

This sounds a bit worrying, and not seen since this post!

 

Do not worry Jit it's a known fact that people who talk about ending their life never do it, it is a form of attention seeking. Sorry, hard but true.

 

From what i can see his life isn't so bad we all prob been through similar or worse, it's how you handle it that sets people apart, i see a lot of people who are in far worse situations that are happier, it does surprise me that his faith doesn't help him

He's been posting random stuff on another forum all week.
Some people say things for no other reason than to attract attention.

 

He should have not only his own personal faith, but the help and advice of his local church. That's what priests are primarily for - offering help and advice when times are bad.

Kools knows this. He knows he has people he can go to, priests and professionals.

It's often hard to see clearly, tho', when times are bad.

 

You can lead a horse to water but........

 

A pencil must be lead.

 

....influence into an action. (make it drink).

 

When you're in a dark place, you cannot see the way out no matter how hard you look.

 

I don't think it's for attention, more like a cry for help.

Although I haven't been following this thread, the last few posts have really been upsetting for me and really don't feel too well.

And has brought up memories of a close friend I lost to suicide.
