Installing a new storage heating system will be pulling 64Amps full tilt however i couldn't determine the main fuse size no markings on it can you just ring the DNO and ask them ? or is this an unrealistic request ?? if it was say 60 Amps can i ask them to upgrade to 80A does this cost ?

    Many thanks

I can't see why you're worrying about this MM. You seem to have an off-peak load of around 15kW, and although most service providers usually design their loads to be less that 12kW (supplelemented by on-peak panel heaters), I see no problem with a 60A service fuse for 15kW. Those service fuses are far more tolerant of such slight overloads than you might think.
