Do I need hinge tite screws for butt hinges

Well there is one upstairs and the other one is at Uni studying Bio-medical science.

Yah, a carpenter that doesn't have the sense to use a different screw if the screws he has don't fit.

Some knowledge that!

Mr. HandyAndy - Really
Do you actually read and understand what is being posted?
You need the right type of screw in the correct gauge.
This is really simple and very basic stuff but you fail to understand it again and again.
Your advice was to use the wrong type of screw.

One moved out and one hides upstairs! Frightening.
Is that the sound of a barrel being scraped, going to University to be educated is quite commom and stops you from ending up as a second rate handyman and a teenager being in his bedroom on a computer is also pretty common.

It certainly is in my house, can't get him off it.

The wrong type of screw but which fitted flush as desired.

Shut up you moron, why would you buy the wrong type of screw on the off chance it may work when you could buy the correct screw which will fit, sorry I know the answer to this, it's when you're Handshandy and as thick as mince.
