How hot should the Grundfos pump get in the airing cupboard?

Hot but not scolding hot, may be the pump needs venting, if there is a screw on the front you can undo this, just crack it open slightly tho.

So I have today run both water and heating together for an hour, I am getting small amounts of air out of random rads, do them up, go back 10mins later and more air comes out. I have now bled all rads 10 times this morning. This has all started since have all my old valves replaced with TRVs and inhibitor put in. It’s driving me mad as I hate weird noises in the system as I think things will break
