    Hi,
Neighbour replaced his slabs slightly above the existing levels and now water is pooling around the foot of my property.

Whats the best way to remove this surface water. Is it possible to tie into the existing down pipe below the slabs or would installing a soakaway crate offer an easier solution. Soil is clay so don't think I can get away with simply drilling a hole in the slab.
    Thanks!

Has your neighbour seen the result of his handy work.?
If not, why not show him and ask what is he going to do about it.
