Drill Sizes

  1. I need to drill a few holes in metal but do not seem to have the right size drill bit in my toolbox I tried a 3/8" which was too small and a 25/64" which is too big is there one in between metric would do if there is one in the right size .Thanks

    3/8" is 9.5mm & 25/64" is 9.92mm,so 10mm, might be a suitable bit in number or letter sizes.

    So, 9.5758mm is V & 9.8044mm is W, in letter sizes, & numbers don't cover your size,largest being 5.79mm No1 size.

    Smaller hole and rat's tail file if the size is so critical

    You can get 9.6 9.7 9.8 9.9 mm bits
