Drip marks on newly painted door

Just primed and painted 2 doors. Looks good but a couple of small marks on each door, which I think are drip marks from the knotting solution I hastily applied prior to priming.

Any advice on how I can fix these blemishes? Could I just sand these specific areas down with 220 sandpaper, prime and paint the small area? Would this blend in with the rest of the door?

I’ve attached a photo that shows one of the blemishes.

You could probably rub it down and just repaint that area, due to the fact that the rest of the door doesn't look particular well painted anyway, so it wouldn't stand out to much.

They're not drip marks, just a poorly prepared door, see left and down.

Thanks for the replies. This is my first attempt at painting a door, give me a break:).

Will I have to prime it again
or just sand area down and touch up with paint?

As Isitreally wrote, rub down all over and another finishing coat will do the trick!
