    Hi guys,

I've recently drylined my single skin kitchen wall with rockwool insulation covered with vapour check plasterboard. Running along that wall were the hot water, cold water and gas pipes feeding the sink and cooker. All looks beautiful, but is it allowed under current building or gas regs to cover up my pipework with a plasterboard wall like this?

    Bit late now :)

The water pipes should be lagged if on an outside wall...The gas pipe should not be made vunerable to damage...Get Real Plumber to pass his comments on this

Luckily I did lag the pipes first. I also lagged the gas pipe to give it some protection from abrasion. The pipes are were all soldered joints too.
