I got a roll of Duralay silentfloor gold underlay.
Not sure which side down it goes.
The underlay itself says fit this side up but instructions attached to it say lay foil side down. Very contradictory.
Not too bothered about moisture blocking as its in upstairs bedroom with wooden floorboards, got it more for its quality and imact sound properties.
Anyone laid this type of underlay before?
