    Hi

We currently have an instantaneous Gas boiler for heating the hot water in the Church kitchen and Toilets. Heating is done separately. He have had an gas fitter out to fix it and he says parts are now obsolete, but suggested we considered having a electric water boiler instead.

Does anyone have any thoughts on which is the best and most economical way to go ?

So suggested Electric because it won't need servicing every year, is that correct ?

I always thought heating water with Electric was more expensive, is that correct ?

    Thanks in advance

    Nigel
